So we have spent the week gaping, drinking birthday iced chocolates, wiring, hanging chandeliers, getting quotes for marble bench tops (scary!), playing with birthday presents, drinking frozen cokes, cleaning up under the house, swimming and sheeting in the laundry... It's been a bit nuts around here but we are trying to make the most of our time before we both go back to work next week.
Next week we are having the plumbing done and the last of the painting so the end is near :-) well the moving in is near the end will probably never be near!!!
But for tonight we are off for a long overdue date night!!! Can't wait dinner and a movie what luxury, the perks of being shacked up with mum and dad!!!
Love seeing your progress, the grey walls and chandeliers look fantastic. Cannot wait to see your kitchen, we are getting marble as well and hopefully i can be trusted with it. Enjoy your date night, how cool to have the babysitters on tap next door! mel x
